The Tasting Room
A modern indoor room for wine service, private celebrations, and conversations that can unfold naturally.
A new wine and event space is taking shape in the heart of Palmetto, Florida.
Opening January 1st, 2027
Fierro is taking shape on seven acres in Palmetto as a place to bring people together and connect with the beauty of nature. Vineyards, gardens, a modern tasting room, and open-air event space are being built with intention, giving guests room to slow down, stay awhile, and enjoy the setting around them.
At the center of the winery is a belief in connection and commitment. Inspired by 1 Corinthians 13, Fierro is being shaped for falling in love, rekindling relationships, sharing a glass of wine, and creating moments that turn into stories worth holding onto.

A modern indoor room for wine service, private celebrations, and conversations that can unfold naturally.

Vineyards, walking paths, gardens, and outdoor corners for guests to slow down, take photos, and spend time in the landscape.

A setting for weddings, milestone dinners, private parties, and events centered on connection instead of a standard room.
For weddings, milestone dinners, and private celebrations, Fierro is preparing a walkthrough process for guests interested in hosting moments worth holding onto.
